TERMS OF SERVICES:
please read carefully before commissioning.✦ CONDUCT
• All parties are expected to write in a clear, concise and polite manner.
• All relevant reference material and requirements should be provided before any work begins or payment is submitted.
• Clear communication is required for accurate interpretation of your request.
• Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being declined or canceled.✦ PAYMENT
• Commissions must be paid Full/ half price upfront, the rest after confirming the sketch.
• Payment accepted in USD/EURO/MAD
• Payment will be requested via PAYPALL, KOFI, or Local bank transfer.✦ PROCESS
• After a commission is issued, the client must provide references and instructions, the artist will then make a sketch until the client is satisfied, then follows base colour, and rendering, then final touches.
• The client will be given updates regarding the commission at every step of the process.
• Commission can generally take from 2 weeks and up to a month, from the point of payment.
• in cases of emergencies or any abnormal circumstances that may result in delay; the client will be contacted.✦ REVISIONS
• The subject of the commission cannot be changed after payment has been submitted.
• A maximum of 2 revisions are given during the sketch stage free of charge.
• More revisions or major changes after agreeing on the sketch will result in fees proportional to the additional workload up to 50% of the original price.
• One minimal revision is allowed after the piece is complete.✦ CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
• The artist has the right to cancel or decline the commission and refund the appropriate amount at any time.
• If the clients wishes to cancel the comission, full refund will be issued as long as the artist haven't started working on the piece, otherwise refund will be 75% (after the sketch) 50% (before rendering) or 25% (after rendering), no refund will be issued if the piece is completed.
• If the client ceases contact for over 1 month , the commission will be considered concluded and no refunds will be issued.
• Forcing a chargeback will result in personal and public blacklisting. All rights that may have been bestowed in relation to the artwork will be retracted and appropriate legal action may be taken.✦ COPYRIGHT & USAGE
• Under no circumstances may the artist's signature be removed from any work.
• Art may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist.
• The artist reserves full rights to the work produced.
• All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial use licenses can be provided for additional fees and negotiation.
